Vendor space is limited.
Vendor tables are $45 per table (Includes a $30 fee charged by the hotel and $15 Registration cost).ย
Helper registration is an additional $15 fee
Applications must be submitted by April 15, 2027.
Vendors are responsible for complying with applicable Ohio sales tax and vendor licensing requirements.
A valid Ohio vendor license or other applicable Ohio vendor registration must be obtained before selling at the event.
Vendors should be prepared to provide their vendor license information to GLDM.

Help us fill the GLDM marketplace with amazing things for doll collectors!
We welcome artists, makers, designers, shops, and other doll-related sellers interested in vending at Great Lakes Doll Meet 2027.
Whether you create clothing, accessories, wigs, eyes, props, miniatures, displays, doll-related artwork, or other items our collectors would love, weโd love to hear from you.
Submitting an application does not guarantee vendor space.
Complete the GLDM Vendor Application:
For the past couple of years, we have been a small group meet up. We are now gaining traction, and it has come to our attention vendors are supposed to have a Ohio Transient Vendors License. This application requires a one time $50 registration fee. You will not need to do this again once you have completed it. All Vendors must also complete the appropriate registration process before the event.
Please do not wait until the last minute to complete this requirement. Your Ohio vendor registration is separate from your GLDM vendor application.

One of the best parts of Great Lakes Doll Meet is getting to learn from other members of the doll community.
Applications are now open for anyone interested in presenting a panel, presentation, demonstration, or workshop during GLDM 2027.
You don't have to be a professional instructor. If you have knowledge, a skill, technique, collecting experience, or creative idea you think other doll collectors would enjoy, we encourage you to apply.
Past GLDM programming has included creative techniques, collecting topics, customization, sewing and crafting, styling, demonstrations, and other doll-related subjects.

When applying, we'll ask you to tell us:
โข The title of your panel, presentation, or workshop
โข A description of what attendees can expect
โข What type of program you're proposing
โข How much setup time you'll need
โข How long your program will run
โข Any technology or equipment you may need
โข Whether attendees will need to pay a materials or participation fee
โข Any other information we should know
Programs may be up to one hour long.
Programming space is limited, so please submit your proposal as early as possible.
