Please respect and be kind to everyone.
This is a paid event and attendees will need to wear their badge at all times in the event space. Re-entry is permitted and badge must shown.
Staff/venue is not responsible for any items or persons left unattended.
Harassment/bad sportsmanship aimed at staff, vendor, or other guests will not be tolerated, and may result in ejection without refund at staff’s discretion.
Minors ages 13-17 with an adult guardian are permitted.
No pets. Trained service animals only.
Outside food & drinks are not permitted within event spaces.
No smoking or vaping inside the event space.
This event will be photographed & filmed and the images & video may be used on our website & social media and event advertising.
By purchasing a ticket, registering for, or entering The Great Lakes Doll Meet(the "Event") held on June 20, 2026, I acknowledge that my attendance is entirely voluntary. I understand that attending any public gathering carries inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or the loss, theft, or damage of personal property. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my attendance.
I hereby release, waive, and discharge The Great Lakes Doll Meet, the venue owners, event sponsors, vendors, volunteers, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for personal injury, illness, death, or property damage arising out of or uniquely connected to my attendance at the Event, whether caused by the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any financial loss, damage, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) that they may incur as a result of any claims brought by me, on my behalf, or resulting from my own negligent actions or behavior at the Event.
